What Is Included

Everything From Soil Test To Final Sign Off.

A septic system is not a product you buy off a shelf. It is engineered around your soil, your water table, your lot lines and the number of bedrooms in the house. We size it correctly, install it to code and leave the site graded and clean.

If your existing system has failed, we will tell you honestly whether a repair will hold or whether replacement is the smarter money. We have talked plenty of people out of a full install.

  • Site evaluation, soil review and correct system sizing
  • County permit application and health department coordination
  • Engineered drawings coordinated where the county requires them
  • Tank set, drain field construction and distribution box
  • Lift station and control panel where the site calls for one
  • Old tank pumped, crushed and abandoned to code
  • Backfill, grading and final inspection walkthrough

How It Goes

Four Steps, No Surprises.

01

Site Visit

We walk the property, look at soil and access, and talk through what the house actually needs.

02

Written Estimate

You get a clear number in writing with the system type and scope spelled out. No pressure to sign.

03

Permits

We file with the county and keep you posted. You do not chase paperwork.

04

Install & Inspect

Crew sets the system, we pass inspection, and we grade the site back before we pull out.

Most residential installs are one to three days of work on site once the permit is issued. Permitting timelines vary by county and are usually the longest part of the project.
